Corporate Policy & Refund Framework

100% Work Permit Guarantee

Standard Terms & Conditions

1 Refund Eligibility & Milestone Restrictions

Service Fee Non-Refundable Milestone

There is strict **no refund** for the Service Fee once the applicant has received their **preliminary offer letter**. Receipt of this document denotes that active logistical resources and legal processing have been heavily deployed on your file.

Package Fee Cooling-Off Window

For the Package Fee, applicants are entitled to apply for a **total package fee refund** strictly within **48 hours** following the time of payment. Requests initiated after this initial 48-hour window will not qualify for a full reimbursement.

Partial Refund Conditions

Outside the 48-hour window, a **partial refund** may be considered and granted only if the deposit has not yet been utilized for the processing of paperwork, external agency submissions, or foreign contract procurements.

2 Refund Computation & Channel Execution

In the event that an applicant qualifies for a refund under the guidelines detailed above, JimExpert will process the reverse remittance according to the following strict operational standard:

  1. Audit & Deduction: The exact eligible refund amount will be calculated by auditing active administrative and international booking overheads.
  2. Disbursal of Balance: The finalized remaining deposit balance will be authorized for payout.
  3. Payment Channel Consistency: The remittance will be returned **via the exact same payment method** that the applicant originally used to complete the transaction (e.g., specific bank account, card gateway, or corporate terminal). No third-party alternative accounts will be honored to comply with anti-fraud protocols.

3 General Non-Refundable Exclusions

Regardless of individual program parameters, no monetary recovery will be extended under these specific conditions:

  • Applicant Misconduct: Submission of fraudulent, doctored, or intentionally misleading credentials.
  • Consular Discretion: Independent negative verdicts rendered by visa officers based on failed interviews, insufficient home ties, or changing immigration policies.
  • Incomplete Tracking: Failure by the applicant to submit requested personal materials (like complete passport page scans) within timelines, causing structural pipeline delays.
